Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy for Derma Reshine cosmetic ingredients lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as cosmetic powders, liquid formulations, or other ingredients that can degrade over time cannot be returned once opened. We also do not accept hazardous materials or flammable substances that have been used.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Customized formulations
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products or formulas

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Certain situations may qualify only for partial refunds:

  • Items that have been opened or used
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing components for reasons not due to our error
  • Returns made more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—refunds may take time to post.
  3. Contact your bank for additional processing delays.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
